One of the two restaurants on the estate, this space is dedicated to fine cuisine, tranquility, and attention to detail. The atmosphere brings together elegant interiors, soft music, and attentive service, naturally complementing the restaurant’s signature culinary concept. The wine selection features nearly 300 labels from the region and around the world, thoughtfully curated to enhance every dish.
The restaurant offers 30 indoor seats and a spacious terrace. The setting is designed to elevate the pleasure of dining and create a sense of comfort, while expansive windows reveal panoramic views of the surrounding natural landscape.
Truffles hold a special place in the restaurant’s culinary philosophy. The estate benefits from its own truffle grounds, which form a natural part of the gastronomic experience and appear delicately throughout the menu — from salads to desserts.

Bistro

At AYA hotel Relais & Châteaux, the culinary experience evolves naturally, with thoughtful attention to variety. Bistro 55 is the estate’s second restaurant — a modern, cozy, and welcoming space created for shared moments and relaxed evenings.
he cuisine is inspired by a balanced fusion of recipes from Bulgaria, Asia, and the Americas, complemented by a subtle terroir accent. The selection of cheeses — from our own farm and artisan producers across Bulgaria — forms an integral part of the menu’s character. Our blackboard presents seasonal offerings and specialties that enrich the core concept. The wine list is curated to enhance the flavors and complete the evening with a sense of ease and harmony.

SPA & Wellness

Immerse yourself in moments of tranquility, renewal, and inner balance surrounded by nature. The SPA & wellness space at AYA hotel Relais & Châteaux follows a holistic approach, offering personalized therapies and treatments designed to restore harmony between body and mind.
Inspired by the local terroir, the treatments incorporate natural ingredients such as grapes and wine, lavender, honey from the estate’s beehives, and healing mineral mud from the Rupite region.
Guests enjoy a 20-meter thermal pool with relaxation areas and fireplace, an indoor saltwater pool, a warm pool with jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath infused with essential oils, a fully equipped fitness area, and a serene relaxation zone with herbal tea.
