Varieties: 46% Cinsault, 38% Grenache, 16% Syrah
Terroir: The vineyards for our red Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah are located in the region of Harsovo, where the climate is hot. However, thanks to air currents from the Aegean Sea and cool breezes from the surrounding mountains, there are significant temperature differences between day and night. The sandy, well-draining soils contribute to optimal vine health. Biodynamic practices are followed in cultivation.
Winemaking: The three grape varieties are processed and fermented together in stainless steel tanks at temperatures up to 15°C. The process takes about 20 days, followed by stabilization and minimal intervention to preserve the wine's aromatic and flavor profile.
