Varieties: 38% Syrah, 37% Merlot, 18% Shiroka Melnishka Loza, 7% Cabernet Franc
Terroir: The grapes come from our vineyards in Harsovo, where the soils have low humus content and the characteristic pale yellowish-white color of the Melnik region. The vines are organically grown following biodynamic principles, encouraging deep and healthy root development.
Winemaking: Each variety is hand-harvested separately. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in individual tanks. After fermentation, post-fermentative maceration is applied for varying periods to avoid excessive extraction of phenolic compounds.
