GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Chardonnay
TERROIR:
The Chardonnay vineyards are located near the Black Sea, in the region of Kavarna. The coastal climate, characterized by constant breezes, protects the grapes from rapid sugar accumulation and helps preserve their acidity. Biodynamic practices are applied in the vineyards.
WINE:
Hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aged on the lees for 3 months. A portion of the wine matures in French oak barrels.
