Variety: 51% Grenache, 42% Cinsault, 7% Syrah
Terroir: The Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah parcels are located in the village of Harsovo, Melnik region, on sandy, well-drained soils. The climate is characterized by high daytime temperatures and cool air currents at night, descending from the surrounding mountains. Biodynamic practices are applied in the vineyards.
Wine: Hand harvested for all three varieties simultaneously. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. Minimal intervention during the process to preserve the aromatic and flavor profile.
