Varieties: 100% Syrah

Terroir: The vineyards are located in the regions of Harsovo, Melnik, planted in 2016 on land with predominantly southern exposure. The soils are low in humus with the typical light yellow color of Melnik. The climate is characterized by high daytime temperatures and cool evening air currents descending from the surrounding mountains. Biodynamic practices are applied in the vineyards.

Wine: Hand-harvested. Fermentation in stainless steel containers, with a three-day cold maceration. Part of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for one year. Blending.
