Reserve Cabernet Franc Single Vineyard
Varieties: 100% Cabernet Franc
Terroir: The vineyard is located in the lands of the village of Hŭrsovo. The average age of the vines is about 30 years, and they are cultivated following biodynamic practices in viticulture. The deep root system helps supply the vines with minerals and trace elements, which inevitably reflects on the structure of the resulting wine.
Wine: The grapes are hand-harvested in the second half of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels, and after its completion, the wine continues its development for a year in 400-liter French oak barrels, second and third use. Disegno 2021 is a limited batch of 2,660 bottles.
