The Invisible Building

Perhaps you have passed by AYA without seeing it.

Perhaps you noticed a hill with a grass-covered roof, a façade reflecting the vineyards.

Perhaps you wondered what this building is - and why it does not wish to be recognized at once.

The project by WhATA follows a simple, yet rare principle: architecture must belong to its landscape. To reveal itself slowly. Not to dominate, but to guide.

How do you design a winery that is almost unseen?

How does the terrain shape form, light, and movement within?

How does architecture make possible the gravitational path of wine?

And why does the building feel different from the inside than from the outside?

During the architectural tour, these questions will find their voice.

Led by architect Zhana Stoilova from the WhATA team, together with curators Vesela Nozharova and Veselina Sarieva, the narrative will unfold through the spaces, decisions, and details that remain invisible from the road.

AYA Architectural Tour

The AYA architectural tour is conceived as a shared journey through the process of creation — from the first sketches and ideas to the realized building, the artistic interventions, and the wines born here.

Guided by architects, curators, and a wine host, the tour reveals the philosophy of AYA through space, detail, and taste.
