A Moment of Beauty
AYANO – this series is the "child" of AYA, the new generation of the vine. AYANO means "my color" or "my design" (from Japanese). AYANO is the little child that shapes the future, bringing people together and uniting everything around it. All wines in this series are blends, where individual grape varieties interact like children at play – wildly, freely, calmly, or effortlessly, but always vibrantly and intriguingly.

AYA means BEAUTY and BALANCE. The series focuses on terroir and indigenous grape varieties. In ancient Greek, the word is associated with the EARTH. The wines in this series are made from indigenous Bulgarian varieties and are a tribute to the deep faith we have in our lands.

Production
Minimal human intervention and the principle of gravity are the core values of our winery, allowing us to present the terroir in its finest form.
As guests cross the ZEN garden in the atrium, they witness the winemaking process. They have the opportunity to taste and purchase our wines, as well as store their private collections in a dedicated wine safe.
