GRAPE VARIETY: 100 % Early Melnik Vine
TERROIR: Early Melnik Vine is a hybrid grape variety, a crossing between Broad Melnik Vine and Valdiguie, and is unique and typical for Melnik region.
WINE: Hand-harvested grapes. The alcohol fermentation starts after 2 days of maintaining low temperature and daily pumping of the juice over the cap, at temperatures 14-23 deg. Malolactic fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine is aged for 8 months in old French barrels. Quantity of lot: 5408 bottles.
