GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Broad-leaved Melnik

TERROIR: The vineyard is located in the village of Harsovo, covering 10 hectares with predominantly southern exposure. The vines are 50-60 years old, with deep root systems that extract essential minerals and microelements, contributing to the wine’s structure and terroir expression.

WINE: The harvest takes place at the end of October. Alcoholic fermentation starts after a three-day cold maceration and occurs at lower temperatures with the use of isolated and selected yeast from the estate's own vineyards. Part of the wine ages in old oak barrels for about one year.
