Varieties: 100% Cabernet Franc
Terroir: The vineyard is located in the lands of the village of Hŭrsovo. The average age of the vines is about 30 years, and they are cultivated following biodynamic practices in viticulture. The deep root system helps supply the vines with minerals and trace elements, which inevitably reflects on the structure of the resulting wine.
Wine: The grapes are hand-harvested in the last days of September. Fermentation takes place in a stainless steel vessel, and after its completion, the wine continues its development for 8 months in a 500-liter new French oak barrel. The 2022 batch is limited to 642 bottles.

Just one barrel made this year. Concentrated and dense with blackberry and black cherry fruit, as well as hints of olive and spice. Sweet cherries and plums with some grainy structure. This is really good. 94/100
