Beautiful pearl-pink color. Neutral nose with tangerine notes. Light body, airy, finishes fruity, relatively juicy. Delicate rose, dry, medium length and well balanced.
The Grenache, Senzo and Syrah vineyard plots are located in the land of the village of Hersovo, where the climate is warm, but thanks to the air currents coming from the Aegean Sea and the cooler descending from the surrounding mountains nocturnal currents are maintained large diurnal amplitudes. The soils are sandy and permeable, which leading to better drainage. The cultivation follows biodynamic practices.

In the second half of August, the parameters of each of the grape varieties involved in the wine began to be monitored daily. When the optimal ripeness is reached, the grape harvest takes place. This happens in the first days of September. The three varieties of grapes are processed and fermented together in vessels of stainless steel at a temperature of up to 15°C. The process ends within 20 days, after which the wine goes through stages of stabilization and maximally gentle treatments. The aim is to avoid a decrease in the intensity of the flavour and aroma beverage profile.
It could be consumed both alone and in combination with lighter foods. Grilled vegetables, seafood and white meats are excellent accompaniment to wine and also risotto or pasta. Other suitable combinations with Colorito Rose features Asian dishes as well as fresh salads and hard cheeses.
