Gentle, light straw color. The nose is sweet with aroma of herbs, a hint of citrus and a pronounced grassy accent. The body is medium dense and well balanced. The impression ends with a fresh harmonic final.
Black Sea Terroir
60% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Chardonnay
The grapes are harvested in the middle of September. The cooler sea climate around the town of Kavarna is an excellent opportunity to keep fresh feel of the white grape varieties grown there. Fermentation takes place in separate vessels. After completion of the vinification and maturation processes proceeds to blend in the appropriate proportions, to achieve the full potential for the development of the wine.
An incredible summer drink and a nice addition to salads with milk dressing, dishes with seafood and with cream sauce. Can be also consumed with fruit salads.
