The grape harvest takes place at the end of August, when the grapes reach optimal technological parameters. Alcoholic fermentation takes place within 10 days under strict temperature control. After completion of the process, the wine is aged in oak barrels for a period of 6 months. Merlot 2021 is a series of 7,800 bottles.
