Soft pink and sparkling colour with a medium intense, fruity aroma, with a pronounced predominance of strawberry and light shades of mango and peach. The wine is great for self-consumption as a fresh summer aperitif, but it also goes well with light foods, Italian cuisine, and even Asian dishes.

In the second half of August, the parameters of each of the grape varieties involved in the wine begin to be monitored daily. When the optimal ripeness is reached, the grape harvest takes place usually in the first days of September. The three grape varieties are processed and fermented together in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of up to 15°C. The process ends within 20 days, after which the wine goes through stages of stabilisation and very gentle treatments if needed. The aim is to avoid a decrease in the intensity of the taste-aromatic profile of the drink.
It could be consumed both alone and in combination with lighter foods. Grilled vegetables, seafood and white meats are excellent accompaniments to the wine. Lighter versions of risotto and pasta are also good choices to pair with Colorito Rose.
