A rich wine with nice velvety tannin structure and dark red colour with violet nuances. The finish brings a slight smokey feeling and delicately opens the peppery herbal nuances typical for the Syrah. Red meats, game and barbecue are the best way to enjoy the wine, but also soft cheeses and grilled vegetables could be a very good choice.
