A late harvest sweet wine with a bright golden colour and rich aroma of well ripened yellow fruits, followed by honey nuances and fresh spices, typical for the varietal.
Surprisingly good balance between acidity and sweetness with just a hint of salinity that comes from the terroir.

Hand harvested in the first week of December. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 56 days. Barrel ageing for 1 year of part of the wine in 500l old French barrels.
The wine is fully enjoyable on its own when chilled, but matching it with fruit tarts or cheese plates takes the experience to a whole new level.
