AYA Estate Vineyards is a project that, from its very beginning, has gone beyond the traditional concept of a winery. It is the first wine gallery of its kind in Bulgaria — a place where winemaking is part of a broader vision for art, sustainability, balance, and a deep connection with nature.

Today, this vision continues to evolve. With the acquisition of 100% of the hotel complex, villas, and adjacent agricultural assets of Zornitza Family Estates, located next to AYA Estate Vineyards, two projects with a shared philosophy and values come together as one. At the same time, the upcoming opening of AYA Equestrian Center — a professional sport horse base — marks the next step in the estate’s development, positioning the region in a new and distinctive way on the map of equestrian sport.

This natural progression creates a unified estate where winemaking, gastronomy, contemporary art, sustainable agriculture, and sport grow in synergy. The hospitality part of the project now operates under the name AYA hotel Relais & Châteaux, remaining a member of the international Relais & Châteaux association while preserving its architectural character and strong connection to the surrounding landscape.

In the short term, careful renovations are planned, focused on elevating service quality and the overall guest experience.

In the long term, AYA aims to establish the Struma Valley as a recognizable European destination for wine, gastronomy, culture, and sport. Investments are directed toward sustainable regional development, meaningful value creation for the local community, and building a model designed to endure over time.
